Paylocity Mobile. I rated this app originally in My company has added more capabilities with Ask Here messaging, reviews, and letting me approve my check before the check date. They have multiple apps and somethings they have to go to a desktop or in the office to do. When I have questions I can open an Ask Here message and directly get answers. Everything is literally in the app. Keep it up. The mobile app is so, so easy to access and navigate! I use it the most for time entry, submitting expenses, and listening to our company trainings through the learning management section while traveling.

My wife bragged about how they were top notch, detailed, and had great customer service. When I was first signing on with paycom, that is exactly what I experienced. Their customer service, onboarding methods, and just being there to help in the beginning was top notch. They explained everything to me, walked me through it, and were there every time I needed them or if I had a question.

After the on boarding process was done and I started running payrolls on my own; that all went totally downhill. The only person that can get things done and handled for me was the person that onboarded us in the initial setup. Customer service definitely needs help after the onboarding process. I was so pumped at first to find such a great company in the beginning but that is not the reality of how they run their business after onboarding.

Second, since I process things on the employer side, I know payroll is sent to Paycom, processed and finalized a few days before actual payday..
