You can't play a Keynote presentation in the window. Trying to record in GarageBand at the same time is impossible. So, I thought, buy another monitor and have GarageBand on one monitor and Keynote on the other.
No, Keynote wants to use both monitors. The only way I can work is to export to Powerpoint to view in the window. But, all the effects change and the timeing. Or, export a movie and edit in FinalCut, which is another project to do. This is all because Keynote will only play at full screen.
